Stayed vegan even at my cousin's wedding last...
Only had bruschetta on Melba as appetizers with some wine, took the goat cheese off my salad, and my entree was penne pasta with sauteed vegetables! No dessert, of course, which I was fine with!

Ate so much trail mix this morning for breakfast.

I was heartbroken today to learn that the Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks is not vegan thanks to multiple sources like this one, this one and this one. The answer is yes... BUT

My first challenge to myself:
Let’s keep it simple— 1 WEEK that is 100% vegan, with NO cheating or lying to myself or deciding something doesn’t count!  Once I get through a full week (which I have absolutely done before with no problems) we’ll try a month, and after that 60 days, 90 days, a year…. LIFE!
